PAINTING BOOTH is to prevent the inflow of dust and dust from the paint to mass-produce the best quality when painting products.Paint BOOTH is divided into powder coating / liquid wet coating / liquid dry coating.
B. Classification of processes in BOOTH
1. AHU supply: It is a device that maintains the temperature in the workshop to improve adhesion during painting and to supply the working environment for workers.
2.Air conditioning pressure room: This is a place to keep the air supplied from the AHU constant (0.35M/SEC) after collecting the air from the air conditioning pressure chamber to supply the inside of the boot.
3. OVER FLOW TANK / VANTURI / ELIMINATOR: To exhaust the amount attached to the conductor and the amount that is scattered in the process of work from sticking to the worker or the painted product at the same speed (0.35M/SEC). and the mist that has not settled due to the water screen on the floor surface is diluted with water and passes through the vanturi, passes through the ELIMINATOR and discharges the A/C TOWER
4. ELIMINETER: It is a device to filter the fine mist remaining in the BACK WASH CHAMBER once more.
5. EXHAUST: Air with 85% ~ 90% of mist removed is sent to the A/C TOWER to remove thinner and bad odors mixed in the air and released to the atmosphere.
